At TITANCE TRADING SDN. BHD., we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, our Return & Refund Policy allows for returns and cancellations under the terms outlined below.

Return Policy
You have the right to return your items within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Items must be in resellable condition, free from damage, spoilage, or tampering.
- All returns must be accompanied by a valid order number and proof of purchase.
How to initiate a return:
- Email us at titance-trading@outlook.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Include the following details:
- Full Name
- Order Number
- Reason for Return
- Photos of the product (if applicable)
Our support team will respond within 2 business days with instructions on how to proceed with your return.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refund Policy
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. The timeframe for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note: We reserve the right to refuse refunds for returned items that do not meet the return criteria above.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind after placing an order.
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase by contacting us at titance-trading@outlook.com.
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
Orders cancelled after the 12-hour window may not be eligible for cancellation, especially if they have already been prepared or dispatched. In such cases, the order may still be eligible for return upon delivery, in accordance with our Return Policy.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Email us with your order number and photos of the item. We will prioritize resolving the issue and may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund at our discretion.
